.gif is a filetype which is used for short, looping animations. Below I’ve included gifs that I think are particularly good.
This gif is great for several reasons. For one, the pixelated art style along with the solid colour background make the gif very simple and easy to look at. In addition, the gif loops in a natural looking way, making the gif look more smooth. This also makes the gif easier to follow. Lastly, this gif is very captivating because of the abnormal and hilarious idea of a dancing pizza.

This gif is extremely original, which, like above, makes it very captivating and interesting to look at. In addition, the pixelated art style make the design very simple to look at. The colour of the background is also very well used, as it emphasizes the colours of the subject. Lastly, the ‘stars’ in the background add a little flair to the image making it a bit more interesting to look at. Although this gif doesn’t have the smoothest transition, it still appears to be a continuous loop.
